Pregnant patients and Gd

The use of Gadolinium contrast agents are not recommended during pregnancy. Therefore, if you are faced with a pregnant patient who has been referred for a scan with Gd. Gd must not be administered. Note that it would be acceptable in such a patient to perform all other MRI imaging i.e. follow the guidance here,
