MOSAES (MR Off-label Scanning Adverse Events and Successes) is a resource that aims to inform the complication rate in scanning patients with implants in MRI in off-label circumstances by recording scanning successes as well as adverse events. The hope is this improves the quality of information made available to both healthcare professionals and, indirectly, to patients in regard to the risks of undergoing an MR scan with a particular implant.
