A Generic Implant Scanning Policy (GISP) for endoscopic clips is currently being developed for Scotland.
In the interim, endoscopic clips used within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Ayrshire and Arran, Dumfries and Galloway and Lanarkshire are Boston Resolution 360 clips, which are MR conditional. Within NHS Forth Valley, Cook Instinct Plus clips are used and are MR-conditional. In NHS Borders, Ovesco and Hemoclip (AGS MedTech) devices are used; these are likewise MR conditional. In GJNH, Boston Resolution 360 and Olympus QuickClip Pro clips are used and are MR conditional.
